Mother's Day Redux

Mother's Day Redux

We had a party at the house last night. Awesome time with friends from “Lost and Found.”

Here’s the cool part. (To fully get this, you probably need to read this post first, which I wrote last Mother’s Day Sunday.)

One of the party organizers, Tami, showed up with this gift for my wife after reading in this blog that she is a Master Gardener. What a thoughtful gift that made her smile! Really cool gardening gloves in a flower pot. Wow.

Then, a little while later, another friend (Lisa) came in the door with this BEAUTIFUL bouquet of peonies from her own garden. She didn’t know about the Mother’s Day blog or that peonies are my wife’s favorite—which made it even cooler!

So, tonight, I am thankful for these two wonderful people that honored my wife and made her smile. Both knew just what to bring—on purpose and by providence.

My only question is... Fellas... Did y’all leave my gifts at home? :)
